Graduation Recognition….April 30th

during our morning worship service, we will be honoring

all of our high school and collegiate graduates. In an effort

to honor them we need your assistance.

Please provide the following for your student……..

10 photographs of your student (digital only)

throughout their Life (Baby to Senior Pictures) We will use a maximum of 10 pictures per graduate. Pictures need to be submitted by Email to

no later than noon on Wednesday, April 19th.

Complete the attached information form for your graduate. Please list all honors, scholarships, awards, achievements and other requested information completely. Please do not use abbreviations. This form is also due on Wednesday, April 19 th and will be available for online submissions. The link to submit the form online is
