If you enter the wrong password or PIN too many times, your Fire phone will temporarily restrict you from entering it again.
You can change your Fire phone's lock screen password or PIN directly from the Manage Your Content and DevicesManage Your Content and Devices () page.
- Go to Manage Your Content and Devices, and then select Your Devices.
- From the list of devices registered to your Amazon account, select your Fire phone.
- Open the Device Actions drop-down menu, and then select Remote Lock.
- Enter and then confirm a new password or PIN, and then select Lock Device.
- From your Fire phone, tap Unlock Device.
- Enter your lock screen password or PIN, and then tap OK.
