Philip Solomon, President and Creative Director of Way 2 Much, has helped create customized performances and events for OK GO, Prince, P. Diddy, and the Super Bowl. After two gigs at the White House, President Obama’s verdict on Way 2 Much was, “You guys are awesome!” Philip’s workshop is located inside the Doll Factory, which makes him about as local as can be. We were peeking into the door to his workshop for years, so we were pretty excited in 2014 when he opened up and contributing his extraordinary imagination to level-up our Carnival of the Mind. The Way 2 Much Cirque Pavilion was the talk of the night, with acts that included Pierre on Rola Bola, the Off the Wall Trampoline Kings, Marco the Spin Doctor, The Gentlemen Callers of LA, Mercy Malick in the Moon, and Allison Lockfield the Beauty in the Birdcage.
